回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改為(wei)套疊(die)在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體的外形尺(chi)寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou)(hou),充分(fen)利(li)用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外形(xing)總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單(dan)筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)進,達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
