回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機改進原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干機內(nei)部結構,增加入機前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機生(sheng)產能力(li)與(yu)原單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容(rong)積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行參數合(he)理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起(qi)的三筒,以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內進(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
