回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)干機改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機內部結構,增加(jia)入(ru)機前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干機生產能力與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的(de)(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設(she)計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
