回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復(fu)折流后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由(you)三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長了干燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由此完成干燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
