大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形(xing)總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
