回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理(li)(li)的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理(li)(li),操作簡單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)的(de)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依次(ci)進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou)(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘干物料(liao)(liao)后(hou)(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)(da)(da)到干燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)(da)到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達(da)(da)(da)到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥,由此完成干燥目的(de)。
