回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)(ji)和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形抄板內進行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
