回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部結(jie)構,增加入機前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕料(liao)在機內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的配(pei)套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生產能力(li)與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數(shu)合理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊(die)在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得(de)到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形(xing)(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
