三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與(yu)之(zhi)相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反(fan)復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落(luo)(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
