回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干機內部結(jie)構(gou),增加入機前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長(chang)濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參(can)數合(he)理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應(ying)用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)和熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
