三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒體(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分的利(li)用(yong)。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)(di)減(jian)少(shao)占地(di)(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行進式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩步退一(yi)步的行進方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行進,達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行進排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進行充(chong)分干燥(zao),由此完(wan)成干燥(zao)目的。
