大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒體的(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒體外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
