三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅(fu)度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而(er)落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
