回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料(liao)(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力(li)與(yu)原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過(guo)對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次(ci)進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理
