回轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)預烘(hong)干和延(yan)長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再(zai)加上密封、保(bao)溫(wen)以及合理的(de)(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發(fa)強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先(xian)進、運行參(can)數合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)(de)支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)(de)檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層,實(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層的(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)抄起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)層的(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層,進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層另一端而落入(ru)(ru)外(wai)層,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
