產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機是(shi)通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機的單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)(re)能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
