回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連接。
