回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的(de)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次進入(ru)內(nei)至外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
