回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒體改為(wei)套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒,以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后(hou),充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后(hou)再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
