三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總(zong)長度約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)(bu)退一步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
