煤粉灰(hui)烘干機(ji)是(shi)煤粉經高溫(wen)燃燒后形成的一(yi)種似(si)火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)粉,用預(yu)熱空氣噴(pen)入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得(de)到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工(gong)作原理(li)
濕(shi)粉(fen)煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan), 粉(fen)煤灰在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程。
