三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面積和(he)廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)(you)供(gong)料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾筒的內層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內層(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至內層(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾筒散發(fa)的熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入(ru)(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)滾筒內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
