回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加上(shang)密封(feng)、保溫(wen)以(yi)及合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參(can)數合理,操作簡(jian)單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊(die)在(zai)一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層,實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層另(ling)一端(duan)而落(luo)(luo)入外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
