三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層,實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內層的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)料移動至內層的(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)(chong)分吸(xi)收(shou)內層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層另一端而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
