回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機內部結構,增加入(ru)機前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合理的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料(liao)(liao)和(he)熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物料(liao)(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干燥時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥,由此完成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
