大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
