回(hui)轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得(de)到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長(chang)了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干燥(zao),由(you)(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
