回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。

三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機是(shi)通(tong)過對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)(zai)機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一步(bu)(bu)的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
