大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
