回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合理的配套(tao)措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力(li)與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機的單筒(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套疊(die)在(zai)一起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和(he)熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往復(fu)折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘干物(wu)料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
