回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗(hao)僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行(xing)(xing)(xing)參(can)數合理,操作(zuo)簡單可行(xing)(xing)(xing),廣泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)(xing)(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
