回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機改(gai)進原單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘干(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料在機內烘干(gan)時(shi)間(jian),再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套措施(shi),使烘干(gan)機生產能力(li)與(yu)原單筒(tong)式(shi)烘干(gan)機相(xiang)比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機是通(tong)過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒體改為套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三筒,以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機體的(de)外形(xing)(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至外筒體,在機體Z形(xing)(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體部分由三(san)個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步退一步的行(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的熱(re)量,又(you)(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱(re)量,同時又(you)(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能(neng)快速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
