回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機改(gai)進(jin)(jin)原單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機內(nei)部結構(gou),增加入機前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)干和延(yan)長濕(shi)料在機內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干機生(sheng)產能力與(yu)原單筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可(ke)(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先進(jin)(jin)、運行參數合理,操作(zuo)簡(jian)單可(ke)(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和熱(re)(re)氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后,充分利用熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了(le)干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥,由此完成干燥目的(de)(de)。
