三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪帶與(yu)托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
