煤(mei)粉(fen)灰(hui)烘干機是(shi)煤(mei)粉(fen)經高溫燃燒后形成(cheng)的一種(zhong)似火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材料。
它(ta)是燃燒(shao)煤的發電廠將煤磨成100微(wei)米以下的煤粉(fen),用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛經燃燒(shao)形(xing)成懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有大量不燃物(wu)的高溫(wen)煙氣,經集(ji)塵(chen)裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)煤灰的化學組成與(yu)粘土質(zhi)相似,主要成分為二氧(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣(gai)和未燃盡碳。
