大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)層,實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層的抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散(san)(san)落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層的另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)(chong)分吸收內(nei)層滾(gun)筒散(san)(san)發的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)筒的熱量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外層,物(wu)料(liao)在外層滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)在熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
