大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理
