回(hui)轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)(li)的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理(li)(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個行業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料(liao)后再(zai)卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao),由(you)此完成(cheng)干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
