產品結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次(ci)進(jin)入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
