回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合理的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作簡單可(ke)行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外(wai)形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次(ci)進入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒體部(bu)分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒體外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
