回轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的配套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生產能力與(yu)原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行參(can)數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各(ge)個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊(die)在一起(qi)的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次(ci)進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒套疊(die)組成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房(fang)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
