回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
