大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
