回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長(chang)濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過對(dui)單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和(he)熱(re)氣流依(yi)次(ci)進入內至外(wai)筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個(ge)同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一(yi)端進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進,呈進兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
