回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)式烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利(li)用(yong)熱(re)(re)能烘干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理(li)、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒,沒(mei)有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
