回(hui)轉式三(san)筒烘干(gan)機改進(jin)原單筒烘干(gan)機內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的預(yu)烘干(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以(yi)及合(he)理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘干(gan)機生(sheng)產能力與原單筒式烘干(gan)機相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理(li),操作簡(jian)單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長了干燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
