回轉(zhuan)式(shi)(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及(ji)合理的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是(shi)通過對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次進(jin)入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
