大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒體部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒體的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作原理
