大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面積。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長了(le)干燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干燥效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由此(ci)完成干燥目的(de)。
