三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
